A new idea can be deployed to production on top of them right away. It already has all the attributes of a full project: properly built and optimized — it doesn't lag. It is not a rough draft that will need to be reworked later.
It ships fast not because the task is easy. Years of practice, stacks, and architecture already live inside the template. On production, only the idea itself remains.
